Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Qajim Labs ("we", "us") and cover your use of DishVault. Your licence to use the app itself is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is specific to DishVault. By using the app you agree to both.

The subscription

• DishVault is used with a paid subscription, bought through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account.
• An introductory offer, where one is shown, is available once per Apple Account. Its length and any price are shown before you confirm.
• The subscription renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it begins.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Recipes you save

• DishVault saves recipes for your own, personal use. The original recipe belongs to its creator, and the app keeps a link back to where it came from.
• Do not use DishVault to republish, sell or pass off other people's recipes, videos or photos as your own.
• What you write yourself, such as notes and your own recipes, stays yours. You let us store and process it only so that the app can show it to you.

Automatic reading, translation and tags

DishVault reads recipes out of links, videos, photos and pages automatically, and can translate them and convert their measurements. It also estimates diet tags (such as vegetarian or gluten free) and nutrition from the ingredient list. All of this can be wrong.

• Check a recipe against the original before you rely on it.
• Diet tags and nutrition are estimates, not a guarantee. Do not rely on them for an allergy, an intolerance such as coeliac disease, or any medical diet. Always check the ingredients and their packaging yourself.

Fair use of the service

Do not try to disrupt DishVault, get at other people's data, or use the service in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend access that does.

Changes and availability

We work to keep DishVault running and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that every website and platform will keep importing. We may change these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DishVault is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
